A: What brought you into art?
D: I live in the countryside I have studied at the Florence Academy of art that is a very traditional training to learn how to draw and paint and I have been working there first as a teacher and then as a director for 20 years. Now I am trying to forget all the technical aspects in order to break free and finally express myself without constriction
A: What inspires you the most?
D: The things that inspire me the most is to have deep conviction with my friends
Be true to yourself and never forget why you liked it
A: Do you have any specific rituals while working(creating)?
D: No I just make sure to be in my studio every day 9am till 4or 5 pm and paint every day , just even a small thing
A: What would you recommend to someone new to art (an artist or just an admirer), what to begin with?
D: Study and read whatever interests you but also find a model so that you forcing yourself to do something and have someone to interpret your ideas and make them real
A: Your top 3 adjectives related to art?
D: Hard, fantastic, hard

A: Must-read books to talk about art (or do we even need them)?
D: Some books aren’t bad!!! But no at the end art is a language so
I will change the idea of marketing behind it
A: What would it be if you could change one thing in the art world?
D: I will change that part that is very interested in marketing and money artists shouldn’t think and spend time on social they should be supported so that they can create because they are making culture and nonconformist thoughts.
